- Complete the required new patient forms, which are available at our office, or online
- Prepare to love your healthy, beautiful smile
Payment Information
Our belief is that dentistry should be convenient, gentle, affordable, and make you feel like smiling. Most dental insurance is accepted, and we offer the courtesy of direct billing to your insurance. Please be aware that any part of the bill not covered by insurance is your responsibility. Bills can be paid online for your convenience. Ask our front office staff about other payment options.
